The Confined Space Entry and Rescue (Low and Medium Risk) (CSERLM) course provides the knowledge and techniques to perform co-worker rescues from confined spaces with a low/medium level of atmospheric risk.
This course builds on the content of the Safe Working in Confined Spaces (Low and Medium Risk, Horizontal) course. Introducing the use of specialist confined space stretchers and their use in both horizontal and vertical entry/exit confined you will learn the techniques to undertake co-worker rescues from vertical and horizontal entry confined spaces that have a low/medium level of atmospheric risk.
Core course content includes:
- Confined space rescue planning and management
- Stretcher packing for both horizontal and vertical rescues
- Use of confined space ventilation during rescues.
