The Water and Flood Awareness Instructor (AWI) pathway equips candidates to conduct classroom-based training sessions for the Water and Flood Awareness course.
As a Water and Flood Awareness Instructor (AWI), you will be equipped to teach responders about the hazards associated with water and flood environments. You will educate participants on the dangers of working near water and introduce them to basic safety measures.
On successful completion, Instructors can deliver the following courses:
