R3 Safety and Rescue recently worked closely with the National Resilience Assurance Team (NRAT) to help plan and deliver a CPD event for Flood Rescue Tactical Advisors focusing on flood rescue boat capability knowledge.
The event was run at the Tees Barrage International White Water Course and R3SAR provided swiftwater powerboat handling and rescue demo's during the event. As well as swiftwater and flood boat operations, our team demonstrated boat operations at night and a rescue from a vehicle in swiftwater. TBIWWC hosted an excellent event that was well received by all those who attended.
